The product was the wrong size. So I wasted 34 precious dollars for a worthless cell phone case. I need the iPhone 11 Pro Max case. If you can, send me that one.

There are indeed a lot of iphone models, so we check carefully one by one before shipment to ensure that there is no mistake. However, sometimes we notice that the customers may not know their model clearly. Of course, it is our responsibility to let customers know their model. Please turn on the iPhone and go through Settings-General-About to verify your iPhone model. We will follow your case until you'r happy with your product.

I have had problems trying to find a replacement cover for my phone. Either too small or flimsy. So I was very surprised when my phone cover arrived. It fitted perfectly and was far more rugged then my last case. It also has slots for credit cards and a pocket for putting notes in.
All told, very, very pleased with my purchase. Which also arrived ahead of time !!
