I had received my order but the case will not fit into my phone, it is about 1/8" short , how do I return the package and get a replacement , I got the right model # but still do not get right size phone case for my phone, thanks for co-0peration.

If it is our mistake, we will resend the product to you immediately for free. There are indeed a lot of iphone models, so we check carefully one by one before shipment to ensure that there is no mistake. However, sometimes we notice that the customers may not know their model clearly. Of course, it is our responsibility to let customers know their model. Please turn on the iPhone and go through Settings-General-About to verify your iPhone model. We will follow your case until you'r happy with your product.

This is the second case I have had from Casebook and I am really pleased with it. I only ordered a second one as I have a new phone and sadly the old case does not fit. The case is sturdy and I like the fact that it has room for my credit card.

This is literally the perfect phone case. There’s just enough room for a debit card, health insurance and drivers license cards.
I love that I can be without a pocketbook. The brown leather is nice quality and goes with everything in my wardrobe. I love that I don’t have to carry my phone anymore too. It also saved my life one evening when I fell.. because it was strapped across me, I was able to pull my phone over while I was laying on the ground to call 911. I couldn’t recommend this enough.

I love my Casebus, especially when I travel. It makes my phone immediately accessible to take photos. It’s also allows me to take photos without ever needing to worry about dropping my phone while getting the shot. While on a cruise, I can wear it to meals and not have to worry about wear to put my phone while eating but never missing a photo op on the way to and from meals.
