I've ordered a couple of times now from Casebus, and the products are high quality with nice leather and excellent workmanship. Just as importantly, the customer service has been amazing. I had ordered a phone wallet that was shipped from China. The last-mile delivery courier failed miserably to a point of my contacting Casebus to request that my purchase be reshipped, and I promised to send one back if I ended up receiving two if they could send me a prepaid shipping label. They immediately shipped me a new one and told me not to worry about sending one back if I ended up with two. Hoping the new courier will be perform than the last. I rate Casebus with 5 stars for their product quality and responsiveness!
