This is an exact replacement because the first one was recently burnt in an accident. (but the phone was fine!!) This particular case met all of my "wants": a carrying handle, a cover for the front of the phone, a few card slots and an inside pocket plus the ability to prop the screen up for viewing. I also think it is pretty and well made. It is as pretty as the picture.
