Great case! Really well made and the design is perfect for what I need. The detachable phone is perfect for mounting in my car, taking into shops and returning without having to take the whole thing. And the full case with the crossover strap looks really sharp even with dresses. Again, very well made and great design.

Elsie is beautifully made—proper leather with quality stitching that makes me feel rather posh. The MagSafe charging works flawlessly too, so I don't have to awkwardly wriggle out of my outfit every time I need a top-up.

One of Elsie's best tricks is that I can detach from the main case when my owner wants to travel light. It's like being let off the lead for a quick sprint. There's also room for a few essential cards, which is handy when pockets are at a premium.

Now, about those pockets...

Elsie has rather embraced the "be prepared for absolutely everything" philosophy. She's packed with a coin pouch, card slots, a note compartment, and even an extra little clip pocket for odds and ends. She's less "phone case" and more "studio apartment with storage solutions."

The downside? I've gone from being a sleek smartphone to what feels like a leather-bound filing cabinet. Forget skinny jeans—I now require cargo trousers, clown pockets, or a dedicated handbag or manbag. Standard pockets look at me and politely decline.

Would I recommend Elsie? Absolutely. She's protective, well-built, practical, and clearly takes my safety very seriously. Just don't expect me to squeeze into your jeans without a struggle. Some of us have standards... but I have a built-in wallet.

Love the bright colour for summer . Plenty of space for money and cards . Sleeve phone held in place with a slotting mechanism . Not too sure about this ..time will tell as I’m used with magnetic back. It serves as a home for a card carried with home.
