My product, a case for my new iPad 8th Generation, is sturdy, nicely sewn together, and arrived in a cardboard box that protected it; and it arrived earlier than projected. I had a glitch in my email address so I sent them an email with a correction and a response came within minutes advising me that it was corrected. This company gives a good name to ecommerce! Thumbs up. I had to replace my Targus case when I bought a new iPad. It was difficult to find all the features I was used to: rotating and deep grooves to make it stand upright and at different levels. A+ and lighter than my old case. Happy customer.

The I Pad I received did not fit my husbands I Pad. The cover was a little too small. I plan to return it next week with a note of the same and hope for a refund. Thank you J Becker
